OR <\/span>hysteroscopy<\/b> is one of the most important diagnostic and therapeutic examinations in modern gynecology. It is a minimally invasive procedure in which the gynecologist inserts a thin instrument, the hysteroscope, through the vagina and cervix. <\/span><\/p>\n

The hysteroscope has a high-definition camera and lighting, allowing direct and accurate visualization of the interior of the uterus. Thus, the doctor can diagnose and treat many pathologies at the same time. <\/span>gynecological<\/span> situations, <\/span>without the need for open surgery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEN IS HYSTEROSCOPY RECOMMENDED?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Hysteroscopy is usually performed- <\/span>without cuts<\/span>, without the need for hospitalization. In some cases, local anesthesia may be used, while in more complex procedures, sedation or general anesthesia is applied.<\/span> The procedure takes from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the case. <\/span><\/p>\n
